Design and develop custom software solutions for Safi Cosmetics across web, mobile and internal business systems. Developed and released a production mobile commerce application published on both the Apple App Store and Google Play, including its backend integrations and release process. I also designed and built Safi Ticket, an IT service desk platform that centralizes support requests and automatically converts incoming support emails into trackable tickets. Alongside software development, I support NetSuite ERP workflows, maintain and improve the company's WooCommerce ecosystem, and translate operational requirements into reliable and maintainable software solutions.
