Safi Ticket — IT Service Desk
A custom IT service desk platform developed for Safi Cosmetics to centralize and organize technical support requests across the company. The system integrates with a dedicated IT support email address, automatically ingesting incoming messages and converting them into tickets that can be tracked and managed through the application. This replaces fragmented email-based support with a structured workflow that gives the IT department better visibility into requests, ownership, status and pending work.

The problem
IT requests were primarily received through email, making it difficult to maintain a centralized view of department needs, track unresolved issues, follow request history and ensure that important support requests were not lost inside email conversations.
The solution
Built Safi Ticket as a centralized service desk platform that manages IT support requests as structured tickets. The system integrates with a dedicated support mailbox, ingests incoming emails and automatically creates tickets so requests received through email become part of the same trackable workflow as requests created directly in the application.
Challenges
The main challenge was introducing structured ticket management without forcing employees to change how they normally contact the IT department. The system needed to preserve the convenience of email while transforming those requests into organized and trackable service desk records.
Outcome
Delivered a centralized IT service desk system that makes incoming requests easier to track, prioritize and manage while reducing reliance on manually reviewing email conversations to understand outstanding department needs.
